A. PAYMENT & ITEM PRICE
- I only accept payments via Stripe for now. Please contact me if there are any issues.
- All prices listed are in CAD and inclusive of any fees and cost of materials. They may be subject to change.
- The price does not include shipping fees, VAT, and any other fees that may be imposed by the Bank/Card providers and Customs.
- Any type of taxes and additional fees charged by the Bank/Card providers and Customs are the responsibility of the Customer.
- Once payment has been made, there will be NO REFUNDS.
B. PRE-ORDER
- Production time is estimated to be 9-12 weeks after the Pre-Order closes.
- Packing and shipping preparation usually takes 1-2 weeks after the production is completed.
C. PLACING AND CHANGING AN ORDER
- Customers are strongly urged to carefully review their orders and delivery details before proceeding with the payment process.
- I require the Customer/Recipient’s Full Name and Full Address (with Postal/ZIP Code), a valid Email Address, and Phone Number (with your country code) for every order, as they are the information required by the postal service, especially for International shipments.
- Name abbreviations (e.g., “John D.” or “J. Doe”) and PO BOX addresses will not be accepted.
- Failure to provide this information will result in your orders being refused by the postal service. Please write your delivery details in the English alphabet and numbers. Our post office is unable to process data written in non-English alphabets, so to ensure a smooth shipping procedure, I ask for your understanding to help provide accurate delivery details.
- If your name and/or address are in a non-English alphabet (e.g., Chinese hanzi, Japanese kanji, Korean hangul, Russian cyrillic, Arabic letters, etc), please translate them into the English alphabet. For example, please write “Beijing” instead of “北京.”
- If your name and/or address includes diacritics such as ü, ó, ș, ấ, etc, or other similar letters, please write down the English spelling instead. For example, please write “Gross-Umstadt” instead of “Groß-Umstadt,” and “Baden-Wuerttemberg” instead of “Baden-Württemberg.”
- I will not accept requests for changes and/or order modifications for items already purchased from our webstore.
- Request to modify delivery address will only be accepted in the case that the Customer is moving away before the package is shipped, or due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural causes and man-made disasters (earthquakes, storms, floods, fire, plague), governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labor strikes), infrastructure failures (transportation, energy), and Acts of God (as defined in the applicable law).
D. SHIPPING
- All items will be shipped from Canada via Lettermail or Standard:
- Lettermail for Flat/Paper items do not have tracking.
- All shipments via Standard will be handled by Canada Post or other delivery companies if Canada Post is not available.
- For the time being, our postal service is capable of shipping worldwide, except to areas of conflict. There is still a backlog from the Strike.
- Customers will be notified via email after the package has been shipped.
- Customers may check the delivery status via the information provided by DHL, or by entering their Tracking Numbers on the following websites:

- Customers from the following countries may be required to provide their IDs as per the government’s regulations:
- China/Taiwan
- United Kingdom
- EU Countries
- Central and South American Countries
- Due to some countries’ Customs regulations, packages’ arrival may be slightly delayed. We ask for your kind understanding.
- Every order will be shipped within 7 days. If this is not the case, I will make sure to contact you. Things generally arrive between 7-14 business days depending on your location; however, there may be a possibility of delays due to any other reasons beyond my control. Many systems were disrupted in 2025 so there is a possibility things may take one month to arrive.
E. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Customers who encounter issues with their packages (e.g. late arrivals, damage, etc) must first contact us via email no later than 3 (three) months after receiving their tracking number.
- We encourage customers to inquire about delivery status via the local postal service, as they will be able to provide faster and more accurate information.
- Any lost or damaged packages due to the expedition and/or the postal service’s handling error will not be our responsibility, and there will be NO REFUND from our end. Please file a claim with your local postal service, as shipping via EMS already includes shipping insurance.
- Any package returned to us due to failed deliveries (e.g. wrong address, uncontactable recipients, etc) will be resent after the Customer has paid the re-shipping cost.
- Some countries may inspect packages upon arrival, and we will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, seized, or damaged during Customs inspection.
